Pale yellow aromas of clean botrytized grape dried apricot and saffron dominate the nose. The mouth is very refreshing jumpy still harmonious with refined minerality-natural sugar balance rich citrusy complexity elegant botrytis notes. Genuinely elegant bold and long wine.

2017 SANDRONE ALESTE BAROLO 750ML

The dark and bright color of this wine is a perfect illustration of the immense character of Resonance Vineyard. With an intense yet subtle nose of black cherry wild blueberries and blackberries clove noble wood and violet fragrance the wine expresses an impressive depth and concentration.

On the palate there is a juicy entry framed quickly by firm supple tannins. This is a complex wine which shows its brilliant tension in youth and will age gracefully in the cellar.

Aged 15 months in French Allier oak barrique and then one year in bottle. Re di Renieri is a deep purple-edged ruby red. On the nose blueberry tanned leather and nutmeg. Deep and concentrated on the palate concluding with a velvet-smooth long finish.

Varietal Compositon : 92% Syrah and 8% Viognier co-fermented. Fermentation : Fermented in tank as 75% destemmed fruit with 25% whole Syrah clusters. Native-yeast and malolactic fermentations. Aging : The wine rested sur lies for 12 months in 41% new French barrels from Francois Freres Demptos and Taransaud Beaune.

Our Chardonnays show great depth of flavor length of finish aromatic complexity and a fine balance between richness and delicacy. Typically the climate is cool and the soil vigor low producing graceful yet vibrant wines.

Bright ruby-red core with a slight purple hue. Aromas of rose violet redcurrant cherries and juniper berries with a hint of liquorice. Juicy on the palate confirming the red berry fruits on the nose. Fine tannins that integrate perfectly with nice acidity. Persistent finish with a pleasant savoury note.

Grape Variety : Sangiovese. Fermentation Notes : A cold soak was done for 3 days. The fermentation lasted 10 days with temperatures never exceeding 28°C and was followed by a 20-day maceration. Aging : 30 months in French oak tonneaux (500 l) followed by 18 months of bottle refinement.
