A particularly bright tight and pure Pinot Noir with marked elegance. Clean and lifted wild red fruit and sour cherry aromas introduce a long gentle palate with a salty minerality. This is a graceful and age-worthy wine with an almost crystalline purity.


This wine is primarily built around a very stony vineyard that just seems to produce better and better quality as the vines age. Typically of our vineyards it makes an elegant floral wine rather than a big in-your-face style. This classical Bordeaux style blend combines freshness with an intense concentration showcasing the best of Stellenbosch. The wine presents with perfume cassis and violet nuances. Undertones of tobacco leaf and black currant are what add more to a defined graphite minerality. This wine has a lovely balance with structured tannins which are linear and focused.

One of the very first Rhone style blends in South Africa. This elegant Rhone blend displays Old World Style with New World fruit. Hint of Grenache’s earthy rusticity and Shiraz’s noble spice with hints of nutmeg and salty black olive on the finish. Balanced with soft integrated tannins.


A complex wine with red fruit flavours. Big elegant and ripe tannin structures. Will over time show more secondary and forest floor characteristics.


Our Pinot noir is not overtly fruity soft and /u0022/gsweet/u0022/g and it generally shows hints of that alluring savoury /u0022/gprimal/u0022/g character along with a dark spicy complex primary fruit perfume.


VINIFICATION AND MATURATION: The grapes were handpicked and hand sorted. They were lightly crushed and gently pressed and the juice was transferred to stainless steel tanks for spontaneous fermentation using only wild yeast.
