The aroma is very delicate combining citrus and other fresh fruit; it is both mineral and richly rounded on the palate with a long aftertaste.
Pale in colour and with ne citrus aromas and a slight vanilla touch ; in the mouth it combines the freshness of the fruit with the characteristic mineral eect of the land smoothness and good length.

Grape Variety : Grenache Blanc Roussane Clairette Bourboulenc Picpoul and Picardan. Age of Vines : 40 years on average. 100% destemming for the white varietals. Co-fermentation at low temp takes place in temperature-controlled tile-lined cement tanks and last between four to six weeks depending on the vintage.
Hugely aromatic red and dark berry potpourri and floral scents are underscored by smoky minerality and a suggestion of Asian spices. Sappy focused and impressively deep yet lively offering alluringly sweet raspberry cherry compote and spicecake flavors.
Notes of red berry fruits are enriched by slight floral and spicy hints. Warm soft on the palate with great structure and round tannins.
