Mt. Etna’s multifaceted soils helped bring the 2015 Trimarchisa Etna Rosso wine complexity structure and full maturity. The wine has luscious perfumed aromatics and depth weight and complexity while still retaining approachability in its youth. The palate is rich dense and layered with a very long persistent finish. Notes of dried cherry raspberry blackberry and rose petals are met by hints of spice and subtle minerality. Well-integrated tannins and zesty acidity will allow this wine to age beautifully over the next several years.
