Ripeness and balance are achieved through careful vineyard management assisted by the elevation of the site (650–875 meters above sea level.) Vineyard work is manual and native co-fermentations results in wines with lifted aromatics and lengthy fi nishes. The estate wine is a blend of roughly half Tinto Fino a quarter to a third Cabernet Sauvignon with the remainder comprised of Merlot Syrah Petit Verdot Cabernet Franc and Malbec.
