Color : Deep ruby-red._x000D_ Nose : Vibrant fragrances of currant blackberries and sweet almonds. Warm and rich with subtle hints of Vanilla._x000D_ Palate : A full-bodied wine with silky tannins and a long lingering finish.
Grape varietal : Corvina Corvinone Rondinella Molinara and others.. Viticulture : Hand harvested. Vinification : Fermented with selected yeast for ten days. Then refermented on the skins of Amarone for another ten days. Aging : Aged for 17 months in 700L Austrian oak – second passage.
Flavour : Balanced very intense with a lingering robust body to be drunk at least 5 years after harvesting. Aroma : Wild fruits woody hints and mineral tones with aromas of liquorice black pepper tobacco spices and chocolate.
Rich red color and very intense bouquet with spicy aromatic and jammy notes combining power and finesse; a prelude to a palate that is rich sensuous highly structured and complex with a lingering finish.
Color: Shimmering ruby. _x000D_ Bouquet: Dried fruits raisins cherry compote with cocoa notes. _x000D_ Taste: Round and full-bodied; deep fruit flavors and supple tannins; a cinnamon spice finish.
