Wolf’s Head Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the Calistoga region located in the northern part of Napa Valley, home to some of the biggest, boldest wines in the Napa region. The vines are planted in a rich volcanic red soil and the high daytime and cool night time temperatures provide for intense colors, rich flavors, a touch of acidity and a ton of tannic structure in the grapes.

Deep aromas of cassis, blackberry jam, cherries and old leather. A pal- ate of blackberries, cherries, cassis, and tobacco leaf followed with spicy cedar notes that linger through a long spicy finish Best now through 2030
