2019 Girard Sauvignon Blanc
2019 Girard Sauvignon Blanc A rich and elegant blend with balanced tannin and acidity that can be enjoyed now but will continue to develop complexity with age. Dark fruits with hints of herb, tobacco, and graphite. The palate unfolds with French oak spices and structured tannins.
Supple and savory spices, cocoa and black plum flavors as they coat the palate. A textural experience, this wine is vibrant on the tongue with undulating flavors of raspberry jam, dusty minerality and vanilla lead to a powerful finish.
