2020 Domaine Nathalie & Gilles Fevre Chablis Our Chablis are fresh and fruity (white flesh fruits like peach and pear with citrus notes) and already showing good minerality.
Pleasant with an aperitif they make a good marriage with oysters shell fish and grilled fish but also with traditional Burgundy recipes such as “jambom persille” (ham with parsley).

This wine features a lively, aromatic nose with predominant notes of white fruit and spices, underpinned by a subtle touch of oak and vanilla. Mineral on the palate with a good balance between acidity and roundness. Lovely length.
